Terms of Service

Effective from 1 November 2026. The Polish version (Regulamin) prevails in case of discrepancies.

1. General

  1. These Terms govern the use of the MAGNETIO! game available at magnetio.cloud (the “Game”).
  2. The Game is run on a non-commercial basis by a private individual (the “Administrator”). The Game is free and is not run as a business. Contact: [email protected].
  3. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Services

  1. The Administrator provides, free of charge: a multiplayer browser game (also playable as a guest without an account), a player account and score rankings (30-day ranking and Hall of Fame).
  2. The agreement to play as a guest starts when you begin playing and ends when you leave the Game.
  3. The account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period once you confirm the e-mail address given during sign-up.

3. Technical requirements

To play you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript, WebGL or Canvas and WebSocket (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). To create an account you also need an active e-mail address.

4. Player account

  1. Accounts may be created by people aged 16 or over; younger people only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Signing up requires a nickname, an e-mail address, a password, acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and confirming your e-mail via the link we send. Accounts not confirmed within 7 days are deleted.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. One person may hold one account.
  4. You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account yourself in the Game (the “delete account” option in the menu, confirmed with your password).

5. Rules of play

  1. It is forbidden to use software that automates gameplay (bots), modify the game client, exploit bugs, deliberately overload the server or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
  2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content, in particular nicknames that are offensive, vulgar, infringe other people's rights or impersonate other players.
  3. If these Terms are breached, the Administrator may change a nickname, remove scores from rankings, suspend an account or – after an unsuccessful request to stop the breach – delete it.

6. Rankings

Player nicknames and scores are publicly visible in the Game. The Administrator may remove scores achieved in breach of these Terms. Rankings do not involve any prizes.

7. Availability and liability

  1. The Administrator does its best to keep the Game running without interruption, but may carry out maintenance, updates and gameplay changes.
  2. The Administrator is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g. internet outages or force majeure). This does not limit any consumer rights under mandatory law.

8. Complaints

  1. The Game is provided free of charge. Using it does not involve any fees or purchases.
  2. Complaints about the Game can be sent to [email protected] with your nickname, a description of the problem and when it happened.
  3. The Administrator handles complaints within 14 days and replies to the e-mail address the complaint came from.

9. Intellectual property

The Game, its graphics, code, sounds and the MAGNETIO! name are protected by copyright. Using them outside of playing in the browser requires the Administrator's permission.

10. Final provisions

  1. The Administrator may change these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law, new Game features), announcing the change in the Game at least 7 days in advance. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.
  2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.
